We use virtual whiteboards, short videos, quizzes and virtual backgrounds to visit Narnia, The Shire, Mars and beyond! Students will get creative in class: making fun study aids to help them vary sentence lengths and create maps for their fantasy stories (using alliteration to create great location names). In creative writing sessions, Zoom's immersive viewer allows students to be in the rainforest, and we don't just imagine the sounds to describe them, we really listen!

Designed for students from age 5 to 16 years old, classes cover a variety of subjects tailored to each groups' needs. I focus on igniting a passion for English through creative lesson plans. Zoom's immersive viewer allows us to take students to The Globe Theatre, the Victorian era and beyond! From publishing short stories in Key Stage 2 classes, to defending Lady Macbeth in a mock court during GCSE sessions, students will gain confidence in both writing and public speaking!
